Accused Bondi Beach Attackers Operated Solo and Did Not Undergo Training in the Philippines, Investigators Confirm.

The two alleged gunmen who carried out the deadly incident at a Jewish celebration on Bondi Beach, which claimed 15 lives, are believed to have acted alone, as stated by national police.

Investigators additionally revealed that Sajid Akram, 50, and his son Naveed Akram, 24, travelled to the Philippines on 1 November. Their travel plans included landing in the main city Manila before connecting that same day to Davao City. The pair returned to Sydney on 29 November.

Lack of Proof of Planning During Visit

Police assert the duo did not partake in any form of attack-related coaching or "planning" during their visit in the Philippines. Early inquiries from local officials indicate they "rarely left" their accommodation.
